Healthy snacks = nutrition. A lot of our snacks just don’t provide any nutrition, they are basically empty calories. When picking snacks try to pair two food groups. I like to pair a protein with a carbohydrate. This match provides us nutrition from two different sources and it also will make us feel satisfied thanks to the protein.
